Ooperation Manager

Client: World famous EMS/PCBA company, manufacturing sites in both Guangzhou and Dongguan

Location: one in Guangzhou and one in Dongguan

Role:
1. Report to Assistant Operation Director, leading a plant with size of 1000+ workforce
2. Operational P&L ownership, fully in charge of manufacturing operation including production, Quality, Engineering etc. 
3. Responsible for organization development and talent retaining

Qualification:
1. 10+ years manufacturing working experience with minimum 5 years managerial exposure
2. Excellent command of English
3. previous working history in a matrix reporting structure would be highly prefer
