Understand our Client

  • Collect and sort related market information and industry status critical to our client
  • Communicate with clients or site-visit clients to learn their core business, culture and organizational structure etc.
  • Interpret client's unique needs and expectations on specific function

Study the post

  • Basic status and information are to be provided by clients, including cause, job description, reporting line, budget, and specific requirement.
  • Evaluate the real need from our client and analyze our strength & resource, carry out further interaction with client
  • Based on the above efforts, we tailor our search strategy for clients

Target sourcing market

  • Develop a list of targeted relevant organizations and obtain potential candidates according to client's needs
  • Select qualified candidates from our database. Sufficient use of our old-boy network, enlarge and gain potential referrals
  • Targeted fresh market research
  • Other Channels necessary for further research

Screen Potential Candidate

  • Primary communication with candidates to understand their basic situation
  • In-depth interaction with candidates and screening
  • Face-to-face interviews with potential candidates, assess them in all dimensions, including both soft & technical skills
  • In return, exchange opinion and share with client the market information and better understand client's need

Recommendation and coordination

  • Prepare detailed written report to client and present candidates
  • Timely and Frankly communicate with client about our comments on candidate profile, both strength and weakness
  • Coordinate in the pre-interview information to smooth the process and after interview follow-up to adjust searching

Reference Check

  • For qualified candidates, provide effective reference check upon client's request
  • Assist in offer negotiation between clients and candidates
  • Counsel and accelerate in the process

Maintenance and Follow-up

  • Closely follow candidates' perspective pre-recruitment
  • After offer signed, provide necessary aid to smooth the progress, such as body check, or pre-recruitment registration
  • After commencement, sufficiently communicate with candidate and help candidate better adapt to new employment.
