Sr. Molding Mgr

Job Description:

l  Ensure the Marketing orders translated in production plans in order to enable an optimal planning, realization and control of production objectives.

l  Develop short/long term manufacturing strategy in a cost competitive and high efficiency manner;

l  Aim to continuous improvement of manufacturing productivity, labor efficiency, machine utilization and people development by embrace lean manufacturing methodology and new technologies;

l  Ensure productivity, labor efficiency, machines utilization meet established objectives and ensure no delivery schedule is missed;

l  Provide directions, coaches, advices and instructions to manufacturing management team;

l  Work with other supporting department to obtain adequate resources support in systems, manpower, space, quality assurance and materials etc;

l  Develop a highly motivated and stable supervision team;

l  Collaborate with other Mattel manufacturing facilities

Candidate Profile:

l  A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business or Engineering;

l  Extensive experiences in manufacturing industry of multinational organization;

l  5- 7 years in managerial and above position, preferable in toy manufacturing facilities;

l  A business smart thinker and solid team builder and leader;

l  Integrity, trustworthy and candid;

l  Follow up and follow through;

l  Self-motivated and able to well manage stress;

l  Fluent English speaking and writing;

l  Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese

l  Computer skills;
