Sr. Finance Mgr

Job Description:

l  Supervise entire Finance Team to support management team and meeting the reporting requirement of Mattel.

l  GME Budgeting - Ensure timely preparation of annual profit plan and quarterly GME updates in cooperation with Plant Director and other key functional managers, and under supervision or direction of MCM functional head.

l  Financial Reporting - Ensure timely preparation of all required financial reports regarding MDC in order to meet statutory, legal, company and Mattel Corporate reporting requirements.

l  Monitoring / Controlling - Monitor continuously actual business performance versus plan/budget, analyze deviations and prepare recommendations on corrective actions to be taken by management.

l  Control of payment - Review and approve payment in according to company approval guidance and policy.

l  System and Procedures - Ensure development and maintenance of financial and legal systems and procedures meeting both corporate and Chinese legal requirement in respect to internal control.

l  Facilitate the completion of internal and external audit of financial accounts.

Candidate Profile:

l  A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business or Engineering;

l  Extensive experiences in Finance full-function management, especially manufacturing standard costing experience preferred

l  At least 7 years in managerial and above position, preferable in manufacturing facilities;

l  A business smart thinker and solid team builder and leader;

l  Integrity, trustworthy and candid;

l  Follow up and follow through;

l  Self-motivated and able to well manage stress;

l  Fluent English speaking and writing;

l  Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese

l  Computer skills;
